Section 1 - Product Overview Introduction The DNR-312L is a standalone Network Video Recorder (NVR) that can support up to nine network cameras with H.264 , MPEG-4, or MJPEG, recording to a high-speed 3.5-inch SATA hard disk. The NVR can record video from network cameras located in local or remote sites to a dedicated HDD storage without the need for a PC*. Powered by mydlink technology, the DNR-312L can be easily set up for Internet access, and you can view the NVR's output on any TV or monitor with an HDMI port. The NVR supports real-time monitoring and playback from anywhere via an Internet browser. The DNR-312L can record video while you are viewing live video or searching video playback at the same time. The NVR's video management, video playback, and backup capability is what makes it such a complete video recording solution. D-Link DNR-312L User Manual 3
