Installing the I/O board

Peel the tape securing the I/O board cable to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 2. Open the latch and disconnect the I/O board cable from the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 3. Open the latch and disconnect the power-button cable from the I/O board. 4. Remove the four screws (M2x2.5) that secure the I/O board to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 5. Lift the I/O board off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. Steps
1.

Open the latch and disconnect the power-button cable from the I/O board.
4.
Remove the four screws (M2x2.5) that secure the I/O board to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.

Lift the I/O board off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
