Procedure 1 Align the screw holes on the fan with the screw holes on to the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 2 Replace the two screws (M2.5x6) that secure the fan to the palm rest and keyboard assembly. 3 Connect the fan cable to the system board. 4 Route the display cable through the routing guides on the fan. 5 Connect the display cable to its connector on the system board and close the latch. 30 Replacing the fan

Procedure
1
Align the screw holes on the fan with the screw holes on to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
2
Replace the two screws (M2.5x6) that secure the fan to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
3
Connect the fan cable to the system board.

Route the display cable through the routing guides on the fan.
5
Connect the display cable to its connector on the system board and close the latch.
