Remove the fan slot cover from the N3200-ON/E3200-ON Series switch using a small #1 Phillips screwdriver. The fan slot cover has one screw on the top and one screw on the bottom of the platform. 2. Take the fan module out of the shipping box. 3. Slide the module into the bay.
