List diagnostic information that is based on the option specified. Available options for diagnostic checks (run) Option Description -h, --help Show the help message and exit. --icw_hardware Run the diagnostics to check for any hardware-related issues that may cause the initial configuration to fail. --network Run the diagnostics to check the network configuration. To check the management network cabling, specify -mgmt_cabling_check as an additional argument. --workloads Run the diagnostics to check whether an appliance contains any workloads such as storage or virtual machines. Available options for listing diagnostic information (list) Option --basic --alerts --hardware Description List a high-level topology of the cluster and its state along with the appliances and nodes that are found in the cluster. List the last ten active, unacknowledged alerts. Use the following additional arguments to list further specific information: • --closed-List the alerts that were closed in the last 24 hours. • --acknowledged-List the last ten acknowledged alerts. To view alerts, closed and acknowledged, in the last 24 hours, you can specify both these arguments together. For example, --alerts --closed --acknowledged List all information that is related to the hardware. You can specify the following additional arguments to list information about specific components: • --fault_status-List information from the fault status register • --inventory-List the hardware inventory • --sensors-List sensor information • --sel-List serial log (SEL) information • --firmware-List firmware information Service Commands 25
