System Setup Categories (continued) Category Function Parallel Mode Controls whether system's built-in parallel port acts as an AT-compatible (unidirectional) or PS/2-compatible (bidirectional) port. The system also supports ECP mode for Windows 95. IDE Hard Disk Enables system's built-in EIDE hard-disk drive interface. Diskette Enables system's built-in diskette controller. USB Enables (On) or disables (Off [default]) the USB connectors. Speaker Enables built-in speaker. Microprocessor Displays type of microprocessor installed. Level 2 Cache Displays size of level-2 cache memory in microprocessor. System Memory Displays entire amount of installed memory detected in system, except for memory on EMS expansion cards.
