Connecting Other Sources ZONE2 speaker out connections • When the power amplifier is assigned to the ZONE2 output channel at "Power Amp Assign." in the "System Setup" menu, the surround back speaker terminals can be used as the ZONE2 speaker out terminals ( page 38). • The connections diagram below is an example for when the surround back speaker is assigned to the ZONE2 stereo 2 channel. In this case, surround back speaker out can not be used for MAIN ZONE. The power to these outlets is turned on and off in conjunction with the POWER switch on the main unit, and when the power is switched between on and standby from the remote control unit. No power is supplied from these outlets when this unit's power is at standby. Never connect equipment whose total power consumption exceeds 120 W (1 A.).
