You can't type in a custom resolution. If you're scanning with the optional auto document feeder, check the checkbox to turn this feature on. Adjust the brightness of the scan as necessary. This setting appears only when the Scan Mode is set to Color or Gray. Adjust the contrast of the scan as necessary. Adjust the threshold for the highlights and shadows of the scan as necessary.
