(*1) The formatted capacity can be changed by changing the logical block length and using spare sector space. See Chapter 3 for the further information. The formatted capacity listed in the table is an estimate for 512 bytes per sector. (*2) The number of user cylinders indicates the max., and includes the alternate cylinder. The number of user cylinders and alternate cylinders can be specified at format of the IDD.
