SW_ALL BIOS Setup In SW_ALL mode, the OS Power Manager is responsible for coordinating the P-state among loical processors with dependencies and must initiate the transition on all of those Logical Processors. SW_ANY In SW_ANY mode, the OS Power Manager is responsible for corrdinating the P-state among logical processors with dependencies and may initiate the transition on any of those Logical Processors . Turbo Mode Turbo Mode automatically allows processor cores to run faster than marked frequency if the physical processor is operating below power, temperature and current specification limits. Turbo Mode can be engaged with SMT (Simultanceous Multi Threading) enabled and 1 to 4 cores active and is not limited to only a single core or logical processor. Enabled Turbo Mode.
