This report shows the fax number, the number of pages, elapsed time of the operation, the communication mode, and the communication results. To set up your machine to automatically print, see Sending Confirm on page 30. This report shows the document currently stored for Delayed FAX and Send Polling along with the fax number, starting time and type of scheduled event. This report shows the current settings of your HP Fax. After you have changed any setting, print this report to check your changes. This report shows the most recent 30 callers who have called your machine. This report shows the telephone numbers that are marked as a junk fax to be blocked. Your machine stores fax data into memory as far as the memory is available and lets you print it at later time. For more information, see reprinting faxes on page 29. reprinting faxes You may sometimes need to re-print a received fax. Your machine stores the most recently received faxes in memory (approximately 40 pages). As this memory is filled, old faxes that have been printed will be erased to make room for new faxes. Note: Unplugging the fax machine power cord and plugging it back in again clears the memory of all unprinted or unsent faxes. A power outtages also clears the fax machine memory. 1 Press Report/Help. 2 Press to choose Print Fax and press Start/Enter. • If there are only old faxes, the machine will automatically print all of them and return to Ready mode without moving to the next step. • If there are no faxes in memory, the machine will inform you by displaying Memory Empty. • If there are both old faxes and unprinted faxes in memory, the machine will go to step 3. 3 Select between Print New Fax or Reprint Old Fax and press Start/Enter. • Print New Fax: The machine prints all new faxes which have never been printed. • Reprint Old Fax: The machine prints all faxes regardless of new or old. clearing memory You can selectively clear information stored in your machine's memory. 1 Press Menu repeatedly until MEMORY CLEAR appears, and press Start/Enter. The display shows the type of information you can clear from memory. 2 Select what you want to delete by pressing and press Start/Enter. 3 Select Y and press Start/Enter when the machine asks if you are sure.
