TONER CARTRIDGE WARRANTY What does this warranty cover? This HP Toner Cartridge is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as long as there is a useful amount of toner remaining in the cartridge. The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new HP Toner Cartridge. How long does the coverage last? Until the toner is depleted below a useful level, based on a low-life message on the printer. How do I know when my toner is running out? The printer control panel displays a toner low or toner out message. One or more toner colors may be displayed. What does the warranty not cover? This warranty does not cover cartridges that have been refilled, are empty, abused, misused, or tampered with in any way. How do I return the faulty toner cartridge? In the event the cartridge proves defective, complete the form below and attach a print sample illustrating the defect. Package the defective component using the packing materials from the new HP Toner Cartridge and return it, along with the completed form and print sample, to the place of purchase, where you will be given a replacement. For warranty returns, please do not use the HP Recycling Program or its address. How does State, Province, or Country Law apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
