Please refer to "Installation of Compaq Drivers and Enhancements" for the list of deliverables and instructions on how to install them. Compaq strongly recommends a 'cold dock' for the user's 1st docking under Windows NTW. Properly shutdown Windows NTW by clicking Start → Shut Down → Shut Down and clicking on OK.
