Limitation of Warranty The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from: misuse; unauthorized modification; operation or storage outside the environmental specifications for the product; in-transit damage; improper maintenance; or defects resulting from use of non-HP software, accessories, media, supplies, consumables, or such items not designed for use with the product. The product may contain manufactured parts equivalent to new in performance or may have been subject to incidental use.
