4. If you are using Mac OS X, click Show Advanced Options. 5. Adjust the individual settings for text, graphics, and photographs. Use the Services menu If the device is connected to a network, use the Services menu to obtain device and supply-status information. 1. On the File menu, click Print. 2. Open the Services menu. 3. Select a maintenance task from the drop-down list, and then click Launch. The embedded Web server opens to the page that provides the information for the task that you selected. 4.
