As soon as confirmation is complete, the Power LED (left) on the Utility screen turns off (gray) and the slot status changes from Normal to Not Ready. The corresponding green LED on the I/O Baseboard turns off. This means power to this slot is turned off. See Figure 6-13. CAUTION If the LED for the desired hot-plug slot does not turn off, do not attempt to remove the PCI HotPlug board. Return to Step 1 in this procedure to ensure you have selected the correct slot to power down. 16
