Remove the wireless antenna: 1. Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables (1) from the terminals on the WLAN module. NOTE: The WLAN antenna cable labeled "1" connects to the WLAN module "Main" terminal labeled "1". The WLAN antenna cable labeled "2" connects to the WLAN module "Aux" terminal labeled "2". 2. Release the wireless antenna cables from the routing clips (2) built into the display panel assembly. 3. Detach the wireless antenna transceivers (3) from the heat sink. (The wireless antenna transceiver is attached to the heat sink with double-sided tape.) 4. Remove the wireless antenna cables and transceivers. Reverse this procedure to install the wireless antenna cables and transceivers. 34 Chapter 5 Removal and replacement procedures
Remove the wireless antenna:
1.
Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables
(1)
from the terminals on the WLAN module.
NOTE:
The WLAN antenna cable labeled “1” connects to the WLAN module “Main” terminal
labeled “1”. The WLAN antenna cable labeled “2” connects to the WLAN module “Aux” terminal
labeled “2”.
2.
Release the wireless antenna cables from the routing clips

built into the display
panel assembly.
3.
Detach the wireless antenna transceivers
(3)
from the heat sink. (The wireless antenna transceiver
is attached to the heat sink with double-sided tape.)
4.
Remove the wireless antenna cables and transceivers.
Reverse this procedure to install the wireless antenna cables and transceivers.
