Speaker, Remove the two Phillips M2.0×5.5 screws

Speaker Follow these steps to remove the speaker: 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 30). 2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 31). 3. Remove the front bezel (see Front bezel on page 33). 4. Remove the drive cage (see Drive cage on page 36). Remove the speaker: 1. Position the computer with the front panel toward you. 2. Disconnect the speaker cable (1) from the system board. 3. Release the speaker cable (2) from the retention clip built into the computer chassis. 4. Remove the two Phillips M2.0×5.5 screws (3) that secure the speaker to the computer chassis. 5. Slide the speaker (4) back into the computer chassis, and then remove the speaker. Remove the speaker:
1.
Position the computer with the front panel toward you.
2.
Disconnect the speaker cable

from the system board.
3.
Release the speaker cable
(2)
from the retention clip built into the computer chassis.
4.
Remove the two Phillips M2.0×5.5 screws
(3)
that secure the speaker to the computer chassis.
5.
Slide the speaker
(4)
back into the computer chassis, and then remove the speaker.
Reverse this procedure to install the speaker.
