Ensure power supply is firmly seated, switch is receiving power, both power cables are connected, and AC power switches are on. Power supply is receiving power and is providing power to the switch. No action required. Power supply is either Check the power LED. healthy or is not receiving power. Power supply is about to fail due to a failing fan inside the power supply. Replace power supply. Power supply is either Check the power LED. healthy or is not receiving power. Either the switch has power but this power supply does not (AC switch may be off) or the power supply has failed. Verify that the correct AC power switch is on and power supply is seated. If orange light continues, replace power supply. Power supply is unable to supply power.
