4 Flash Backed Write Cache (FBWC) module failures Part numbers The part number for a replacement FBWC module is: 534916-B21 If replacing this module does not resolve the problem, it may be necessary to replace the RAID controller card. See the appropriate chapter for your RAID card for more information about replacement procedures and part numbers. Identifying the battery/flash capacitor module failure Module failures are reported in the Log and, if you have email alerts set up, you will be notified of any failure. The Summary page shows that there is a flash capacitor module, but does not identify the card to which it belongs. Look at the Storage-RAID page to identify the card. The P410i card is identified as internal; the two P411 (HP D2D4312) cards are identified by their slot location. HP D2D4312, D2D4106 and D2D4112
