4-3-7 Adding the client computer to Active Directory Select Network Configuration followed by Active Directory Integration & DDNS to display the screen shown in Figure 4-9. This screen can be used to add the client computer to the local Active Directory domain. After a client computer is added to the Active Directory domain, DDNS (Dynamic DNS) can be enabled. Figure 4-9 Active Directory configuration dialog 4-4 Keyboard language selection Select the Webmin Keyboard Selection icon. Select a keyboard language, and verify that the keys on your keyboard match the Webmin diagrams. Manually select the same keyboard language on the blade workstations to which the client connects. This setting changes only the key mappings-it does not select a language. Only the English language is supported at this time. 4-5 Downloading and using PSCP (Putty Secure Copy) For security purposes, most of the client DOM is read-only but there are several files that can be modified (see Section 4-6, "Modifiable files). For further security, administrators can copy files to the client DOM from another computer, but cannot copy files from the client DOM to another computer. To copy files to the DOM, use of the PSCP (PuTTY Secure Copy) client is recommended. This section describes downloading and using PSCP. This section can be skipped if you don't need to copy files to the client computer from another computer. 4-5-1 Downloading PSCP Embedded OS 9.xx supports incoming secure server file transfers using PSCP. To obtain PSCP, perform the following steps: 1. First log into Webmin and set a password for user or root on each client. This is required because the pscp.exe program prompts for a password. 2. Go to the following website: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html 3. Select and download the Windows executable pscp.exe onto the source computer where files will be transferred from. 21
