Chapter 3: Using the Web Interface 49 Admin and other users with Appliance Administrator rights can configure firmware upgrades for individual CO cables and enable automatic firmware upgrades for CO cables. Appliance Administrators can upgrade all CO cables of the same type at once in the Tools tab. See "Using the Tools" on page 51. Selecting the Enable Auto-Upgrade for all COs check box causes automatic upgrades of all subsequently connected CO cables to the firmware level available on the appliance. This guarantees that CO cable firmware is compatible with the appliance firmware. Admin and other users with Appliance Administrator rights can use this window to reset a KCO cable if it is connected to a tiered switch, which can be necessary if the appliance stops recognizing the tiered switch. Click the Configure tab, and then click Versions > CO Versions in the left menu. 3. Click the eID of the CO cable. A window displays the CO version information.
