Important: Do not delete the default boot menu entries, since it is difficult to recreate them manually. If you do delete them, connect an auxiliary console (ANSI terminal connected to the serial port) and press Shift+R when prompted to restore the EFI defaults. Similarly, operating system boot entries may also be hard to recreate.
