Use the following procedure to upgrade your controller cache memory. Attention: When you handle static-sensitive devices, take precautions to avoid damage from static electricity. For details about handling static-sensitive devices, refer to "Handling static-sensitive devices" on page 29. 1 Unlock and open the levers on the controller; then, use the levers to pull the controller out of the controller unit a few inches. Grasp both sides of the controller to completely remove it from the controller unit.
