Solution • Increase the volume. • Press MUTE to make sure that the sound is not turned off. • Make sure that the audio mode is set to STEREO or MONO. For more information, see "Selecting the audio mode" on page 19. • Make sure that headphones are not connected to your TV. When headphones are connected, sound from the TV speakers is muted. • Move radio frequency equipment, such as cell phones, away from your TV. Remote control Problem Remote control does not work. Remote control does not control connected HDMI devices. Solution • Make sure that the remote control batteries are installed correctly. General Problem Solution Cannot turn to one or more channels. • The program may be blocked by parental controls.
