USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS Cleaning the door gasket 1 Open the washer door. 2 Using both hands, press down the door gasket. 3 While holding down the gasket, inspect it and remove any foreign objects trapped inside. Make sure that there is nothing blocking the holes behind the gasket. 4 Remove your hands and the gasket will return to the normal operating position. Storing your washer You can damage your washer if you don't remove water from hoses and internal components before storage. Do not store the washer where it will be exposed to the weather. When moving the washer, the tub should be kept stationary by using the shipping bolts removed during installation. To prepare your washer for storage: 1 Select the Quick Wash cycle and add bleach to your washer. Run your washer through the cycle without a load. 2 Turn the water faucets off and disconnect the inlet hoses. 3 Unplug your washer from the electrical outlet and leave your washer's door open to let air circulate inside the tub. 4 Drain the water from the machine by removing the pump filter. CAUTION: If your washer has been stored in below-freezing temperatures, allow time for any leftover water in your washer to thaw out before use. 38 www.insigniaproducts.com

Cleaning the door gasket

Open the washer door.

Using both hands, press down the door gasket.

While holding down the gasket, inspect it and remove any foreign objects
trapped inside. Make sure that there is nothing blocking the holes behind the
gasket.

Remove your hands and the gasket will return to the normal operating
position.
Storing your washer
