USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION The cabinet is moving. • Your washer is designed to move 1/4 in. (6.35 mm) to reduce forces transmitted to the floor. This movement is normal. My washer is making a loud or unusual noise, vibration, or shaking. All the leveling legs are not firmly touching the floor. The load is unbalanced. • Push and pull on the back right and then back left of your washer to make sure that it is level. If your washer is uneven, adjust the leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. • Open the door and manually redistribute the load. To check your washer, run Rinse & Spin with no load. If it runs normally, the unbalance was caused by the load. The pump is clogged. • See Cleaning the pump filter on page 36 on how to clean the pump filter. Your washer is unplugged. • Make sure that the power cord is plugged securely into a working outlet.
