USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS NS-FWM45W3 PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION The load is out of balance. • Redistribute the clothes and run Rinse & Spin. • Increase the load size if you are washing a small load containing both heavy and light items. • Your washer will slow the spin speed down to 600 rpm if it has a hard time balancing the load. This is normal. The clothes are too wet. The pump is clogged. Your washer is overloaded. • See Cleaning the pump filter on page 36 on how to clean the pump filter. • The dry weight of the load should be less than 18 lbs.
