Pressing the [H]/[I] buttons allows you to cycle the display information as follows. - While Caller ID list is displayed: [H]: Caller ID > CH > Time Stamp [I]: Caller ID > Time Stamp > CH - While Status Message list or Short Message list is displayed: [H]: Message > Caller ID > CH > Time Stamp [I]: Message > Time Stamp > CH > Caller ID ● To delete the selected message, press the [ ] or [#] button. The category list is displayed.
The categories are identified as follows:

] button.
The Caller ID list, Status Message list or Short Message list is displayed according to
the category selected. Pressing the [

]/[

] buttons allows you to cycle the display
information as follows.
While Caller ID list is displayed:

]: Caller ID > CH > Time Stamp

]: Caller ID > Time Stamp > CH
While Status Message list or Short Message list is displayed:

To delete the selected message, press the [
] or [#] button. To delete all messages,

] or [#] button for 1 second.
