The media lift plate lock lever will be pressed to the feed roller. • The media feed clutch will rotate the feed roller to activate the lock release lever pressed to the feed roller, and the media lift plate will be unlocked. • The media lift plate (media stack) is pressed against the feed roller. • The media lift plate (media stack) is pressed upward by the springs at all times.
