JETVARNISH 3D One 3 SECURITY AND SAFETY RULES 3.1 Safety and important warning items Read carefully the Safety and Important Warning Items described below to understand them. 3.2 Outline Read carefully the Safety and Important Warning Items described below to understand them before doing service work. 3.3 Important notices Because of possible hazards to an inexperienced person using this product as well as the risk of damage to the product, MGI Digital Technology (hereafter called MGI) oblige that only an operator trained by MGI or by a certified trainer, can use the machine. Changes may have been made to this product to improve its performance after this manual was printed. Accordingly, MGI does not warrant, either explicitly or implicitly, that the information contained in this manual is complete and accurate. The user of this manual must assume all risks of personal injury and/or damage to the product while servicing the product for which this manual is intended. Therefore, this manual must be carefully read before doing service work both in the course of technical training and even after that, for performing maintenance and control of the product properly. Keep this manual also for future service. It is imperative to observe the following safety instructions! 1. Read these instructions before starting the machine! 2. Only trained and authorized persons may work on the JETVARNISH 3D One 3. The generally applicable accident prevention regulations have to be observed. 4. Any work on the electrical equipment may only be carried out by a skilled electrician. 5. Before connecting the JETVARNISH 3D One, the connected loads have to be checked! 6. Never render safety devices inoperable! 7. The JETVARNISH 3D One should only be switched on if there is no risk to persons or objects. 8. Render the device inoperable and prevent any further operation in case of serious damage or malfunctions. While working with the machine, wear close-fitting clothing and hair nets (for long hair) to prevent hair or clothing from getting caught in the machine in case of malfunction. Don't wear a tie or a scarf. When adjustment and maintenance work is carried out, there is a risk of injury due to being caught in the moving friction belts, friction rollers and toothed belts. As any machine using elements heating up to more than 70°C (158°F), this equipment shall have a fire extinguisher nearby - adapted to electrical fires (CO2 or Powder extinguisher).
