JETVARNISH 3D One 4.4 Working Conditions CAUTION It is your responsibility to guarantee the settings of the different terms of this document in order to have the equipment working according to MGI specifications. 4.4.1 Installation The machine needs to be installed on the flat stable floor to reduce noise and vibration. The machine is provided with mounted feet to stabilized and level it. Please refer to the technical manual for installation instructions. 4.4.2 Electrical Tension Standard: 2x220-240V 32A 50/60 Hz -Please refer to the product site survey to learn more about the electrical requirements It is mandatory to be sure that the tension will not drop when all the machines are switched on. The JETVARNISH 3D ONE must always be connected to the 220-240V power due to the ink circuit depression system. 4.4.3 Temperature & Humidity The UV coating is applied using an UV inkjet system. It is important to ensure its viscosity is adequate. So, the machine needs an operating environment between 18 - 25°C (65 - 77°F). The humidity needs to stay in the range of RH 35-55% without condensation. To optimize the quality of the prints, and avoid damage to the heads, it is highly recommended to work in a dust-free environment. Finishing equipment produces a lot of dust and should not be in the same environment as the JETVARNISH 3D ONE. 4.4.4 Sun The machine cannot be directly exposed to the sunlight. There is a risk of polymerization of the varnish inside the various internal tubing up to the print heads. Applying an anti-UV film on windows receiving direct sunlight is a valid solution. 4.4.5 Workplace The operators must have a workplace for consumables cleaning and all the recommended tools for maintenance operations (information given during the training). 4.4.6 Storage - Varnish The JETVARNISH coating should be stored at ambient temperature (18-30°C), in particular 4 to 8 hours before being loaded in the machine.
