JETVARNISH 3D One 18.3 JETvarnish containers & possible error All JETvarnish equipment are using 3 containers: Varnish container Waster container Printhead Cleaning container JETVARNISH 3D One container storage cabinet - [M.S] JETVARNISH 3D One Configuration - The left position is ALWAYS dedicated to the Varnish container (10-liter black container). - The central (middle) position is ALWAYS dedicated to the Waste container. It contains Print head Cleaning liquid mixed with old varnish residues (5-liter blue container). - The right position is ALWAYS dedicated to the Printhead Cleaning flush liquid container (PN 8484S) (5-liter blue container). • PROBLEM REPORTED We have seen customers putting the Waste Container in the right position and vice-versa. This means that the JETvarnish will pump a mix of old varnish and diluted Print Head Cleaning liquid to wash the print heads and varnish circuit. THERE IS A MAJOR RISK TO DAMAGE THE PRINT HEADS and/or THE VARNISH CIRCUIT. These damages are not covered by the warranty or the Service Contract. left
position is
ALWAYS

Varnish container
