ScanDIVA User's Guide 2.6 Black Shading This adjustment is to read the fundamental data to calibrate the black shading level. 1 Remove the "Setup Adjustment Sheet" and the Adjustment Plate that were on the cradle in the previous adjustment. 2 Select "5. Black Shading" on the pull-down list under "Detail & Adjustment", and then click "Run". 3 Click "OK" on the confirmation screen to confirm the inability of User Account Control during the adjustment. 4 The window indicating that adjustment is underway will appear. When the window disappears, the adjustment is completed. Proceed to the next adjustment, "2.7 White Shading". 3-16

Black Shading
This adjustment is to read the fundamental data to calibrate the black shading level.

Remove the “Setup Adjustment Sheet” and the Adjustment Plate that were on

Select “5. Black Shading” on the pull-down list under “Detail & Adjustment”,
and then click “Run”.
