3. HW Circuit Description 3.3.4 SIM interface SIM interface scheme is shown in below. SIM_IO, SIM_CLK, SIM_RST, SIM_PWRCTRL ports are used to communicate DBB via ABB with plugged sim card and the LDO (VRSIM) in ABB enables operate 1.8V to 2.5V to search SIM card SIM Interface SIM_CLK: SIM Card reference clock SIM_PWCTRL: SIM Card power activation SIM_RST: SIM Card async/sync reset SIM_IO: SIM Card bi-directional data line VRUSIM(Power supply VCC): 3 V 10% (class B) or 1.8 V 10% (class C) Misc_ext_irq: USIM card presence detection (USIM_CD) purposes.
