Selecta preset time to turn your TVo_ automatically. Pressthe MENUbutton on the remote control then use the UP/DOWNarrow button to select the Time menu. Press ENTER or the RIGHT arrow button to activate the Time menu. Use the UP/DOWN arrow to choose Sleep Timer then press the RIGHT arrow to access the Sleep Timer menu. Use the UP/DOWN arrow to choose a preset turn off time. Press EXIT to save and return to TV viewing, or press the ENTER button to save and return to the previous menu.
