14: Maintenance and Diagnostics Settings Protocol Stack TCP Settings Description Max Retrans Enter the maximum number of retransmissions of a packet that will be attempted before failing. Max Retrans Syn/Ack Enter the maximum number of retransmissions of a SYN that will be attempted before failing. It is lower than "Max Retrans" to thwart denial-of-service attacks. Max Timeout Enter the maximum time between retransmissions. 4. Click Submit. IP Settings To configure the network protocol settings for IP: 1. Select Protocol Stack on the menu bar. 2. Select IP.
