Your computer has two slots for installing or replacing DDR2 DIMMs. When installing or replacing a memory module, use 1 GB or 2 GB DDR2 DIMMs in any combination up to a maximum of 4 GB system memory. To install or replace a memory module: 1. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 14. Note: For this procedure, it helps to lay the computer on its side. 2.
