Email Login Error, POP3 Login Failed Error 016-505 Press OK The printer failed to log in to the POP3 server. Verify that the user name and password settings are correct, and then press OK to continue. Email Login Error, SMTP Login Failed Error 016-507 Press OK The printer failed to log in to the SMTP server. Verify that the user name and password settings are correct, and then press OK to continue. Email Size Limit Error 016-985 Press OK The scan job is too large to send. Increase the Max Email Size setting, and then scan the job again. If the message appears again, lower the scan resolution to decrease the job size. Fan Motor Error Error 042-3xx Restart Printer 1 Turn the printer off. 2 Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. 3 Check all cable connections. 4 Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet. 5 Turn the printer back on. If the service message appears again, contact Customer Support, and report the message. Fuser CRUM Error, Reseat Fuser The fuser is missing or not installed correctly. Install or reseat the fuser. Fuser Error, Error 010-351 1 Replace the fuser unit. 2 From the Admin menu, reset the fuser counter. Fuser Error, Error 010-397 Error Code: xx Understanding printer messages 150
