Appendix 73 Encrypting the hard disk If a hard disk is present, then it must be encrypted. For more information, see "Disk encryption" on page 44. Disabling the USB buffer This feature disables the USB client port on the back of the device. 1 Navigate to the menu screen, and then touch Network/Ports > Standard USB. 2 In the USB Buffer field, enter 0 or select Disabled. 3 Apply the changes.
