When your answering machine memory is full and the answer mode is in ANS & REC, the answer mode will change to ANSWER ONLY automatically. It will change to ANS & REC mode automatically after some messages have been deleted. 4.11.4 Remote commands When the answering machine is set to ON and there is an incoming message, the base will start call screening automatically after the preset number of rings. Keys 2 4 5 6 7 8 9 * While message is NOT playing - Play the message Turn on the answering machine Turn off the answering machine Enter the 4-digit security code Functions While message is playing Delete the current message playback Repeat playing the current message from the beginning. Press twice to repeat the previous message. Stop the current message playback Skip to play the next message Stop the current message playback - At any time if you want to pick up the call, you can press on the handset and the message recording will be stopped automatically. If the answering machine is in the process of recording, the message already stored will be saved. 34 Answering machine
