GS108T Smart Switch Software Administration Manual Using the Security Tab The navigation tabs on the top of the home page include a Security tab that lets you manage your GS108T Gigabit Smart Switch using features under the following main menu commands and subcommnands: • "Management Security" • "User Configuration-Change Password" • "RADIUS" • "Authentication Type" • "Port Authentication" • "Basic-802.1x Configuration" • "Advanced-802.1x Configuration" • "Advanced-Port Authentication" • "Traffic Control" • "Storm Control" • "Port Security" • "Access" • "IP Access List" • "Trusted MAC" The sections that follow in this chapter cover these features and tell you how to configure them in the GS108T Smart Switch. Management Security The Management Security menu lets you to manage your user configuration, RADIUS servers, and authentication type. User Configuration-Change Password The User Configuration setting lets you to change the password for the switch. To change the password: 1.
