Print Set Print Set is used to create a digital "print order" that lists the photographs to be printed, the number of copies, and the information to be included on each print. This information is stored on the memory card in Digital Print Order Format (DPOF). The card can then be removed from the camera and used to print the selected images printed on any DPOF-compatible device. Option Description Select/Set Select photographs for printing. Deselect All? Remove all images from print order. Exif version 2.21 The D200 supports Exif (Exchangeable Image File Format for Digital Still Cameras) version 2.21, a standard that allows information stored with photographs to be used for optimal color reproduction when images are output on Exif-compliant printers. Setup DPOF / PictBridge Digital Print Order Format (DPOF) is an industry-wide standard that allows pictures to be printed from print orders stored on the memory card. Before printing, check that the printer or print service supports DPOF. Pictures selected using Print Set can also be printed on PictBridge printers via direct USB connection ( 110). When a PictBridge printer is connected to the camera using the supplied UC-E4 USB cable, a menu will be displayed in the camera monitor; select Print (DPOF) to print the current print order. Note that the date and shooting information will not be printed. The Playback Menu Print Set Print Set will not be available if there is not enough space on the memory card to record the print order. Delete unwanted pictures and try again. NEF Images Images created at image quality settings of NEF (RAW) ( 28) can not be selected for printing using this option. After Creating a Print Order After creating a print order, do not change the hidden status of images in the print order or use a computer or other device to delete images. Either action could cause problems during printing. Taking Pictures for Direct Printing When taking images to be printed without modification, set the Color Space option in the shooting menu to sRGB ( 50). 139
