View presentations To move between the slide, outline, and the notes view, scroll left or right. To move to the next or previous slide in the presentation, scroll down or up. To view the presentation in full screen, select Options > Full screen. To expand items in the presentation outline in the outline view, select Options > Outline > Expand. In Profiles, you can adjust and personalize the device tones for different events, environments, or caller groups. You can see the currently selected profile at the top of the display in the standby mode. If the General profile is in use, only the current date is shown. To activate the profile, select the profile and Activate. Tip: To quickly change to Silent from any other profile, in the standby mode, press and hold #.
