When the [%XXX% Toner Low] message ("XXX" indicates the color toner) appears, make sure you have a replacement toner cartridge on hand. When the [%XXX% Toner Empty] appears and printing is stopped, replace the indicated color toner cartridge. Important! To avoid toner waste and possible toner sensor errors, do not change the toner cartridge(s) until [%COLOR% Toner Empty] appears. Replacing Toner Cartridges _____
When the [%XXX% Toner Low] message ("XXX" indicates the color
toner) appears, make sure you have a replacement toner cartridge
on hand.
When the [%XXX% Toner Empty] appears and printing is stopped,
replace the indicated color toner cartridge.
Important!
To avoid toner waste and possible toner sensor errors, do
not change the toner cartridge(s) until [%COLOR% Toner
Empty] appears.
The life expectancy of the toner cartridge is as follows (for A4/letter
