AUTO ● No selection other than the default setting AUTO is available for the S-Prg mode (the Night-scene mode has its own default setting). For the P and A/S/M/ modes, the change in one shooting mode is forcibly applied to other shooting modes. ● We recommend using AUTO for normal shooting. ● When setting the white balance by pointing the camera at white paper, the setting may be incorrect if the light reflected by the paper is too bright or dark. ● White balance may not be effective under some special light sources. ● After setting the white balance, playback the image and check the color on the monitor. 124

When setting the white balance by pointing the camera at white paper, the
setting may be incorrect if the light reflected by the paper is too bright or
dark.
White balance may not be effective under some special light sources.
