Shooting Pictures with Strong Contrast (Contrast) If you want to take pictures with strong contrast (more distinction between lighter and darker areas), set the camera's contrast to "HIGH". If you intend to process your pictures on a personal computer, it is better to set the camera's contrast to "LOW". For operating instructions see "Using the Shooting Menu" (p.72).
