M PHONES jack (66) This 1/4-inch phone jack is for connecting a standard pair of stereo headphones for private listening. W SETUP button This button is used to access the onscreen setup menus that appear on the connected TV. N ZONE 2, ZONE 3, and OFF buttons (118) The ZONE 2 button is used when setting Zone 2. The ZONE 3 button is used when setting Zone 3. The OFF button is used to turn off Zone 2 or Zone 3. O LEVEL button (119) Used when adjusting the volume level of Zone 2 or Zone 3. P TONE button (119) Used to adjust the tone (bass and treble). Q HDMI OUT button (46) Used to set the "Monitor Out" setting. R STEREO button (75) Selects the Stereo listening mode. S THX button (75) Selects the THX listening modes. T DIMMER (RT/PTY/TP) button (65, 73) This button is used to adjust the display brightness. Other models, this is the [RT/PTY/TP] button, and it's for RDS (Radio Data System). See "Using RDS" on page 72. X TUNING, PRESET, Arrow, and ENTER buttons When the AM or FM input source is selected, the TUNING [R]/[X] buttons are used to tune the tuner, and the PRESET [F]/[S] buttons are used to select radio presets (see page 69). When the onscreen setup menus are used, they work as arrow buttons and are used to select and set items. The [ENTER] button is also used with the onscreen setup menus. Y RETURN button Selects the previously displayed onscreen setup menu. Z SETUP MIC (58) The included speaker setup microphone is connected here for automatic speaker setup. [ AUX 2 INPUT (40, 74) Used to connect a camcorder, game console, and so on. There are input jacks for optical digital audio, S-Video, composite video, and analog audio. U MEMORY button (69) Used when storing or deleting radio presets. The ZONE 2 button is used when setting Zone 2.
The ZONE 3 button is used when setting Zone 3.
