Chapter 9 Using Expense Setting the automatic fill preference Automatic fill enables you to select an expense type by writing the first letter of an expense type. For example, if you write the letter T, it enters the "Taxi" expense type. Writing T and then E enters "Telephone," which is the first expense type beginning with the letters TE. To set automatic fill: 1. Tap the Menu icon . 2. Select Options, and then select Preferences. 3. Tap the checkbox to select or deselect automatic fill. 102
