Setting Up an Eye-Fi Card Start transferring images from the Eye-Fi card. In A mode or Q mode (single-image display), images will be automatically transferred when no operation is performed for 5 seconds or more. • If the following setting is made, images that have not been transferred will be transferred automatically. Images will also be transferred when images are taken, new images are saved, or images are overwritten. Be sure to confirm the images before making following setting. • [Eye-Fi] is set to P (Off) by default. Even if it is set to O (On), it will be reset to P when the camera is turned off. • Images will not be transferred in the following situations: - when an available wireless LAN access point cannot be found - when the battery level is low (the battery level indicator is y (yellow) or z (red)) • When transferring large data files such as a large movie file, the internal temperature of the camera may become high and may cause the camera to turn off automatically for the sake of circuit protection. • Auto Power Off does not function when images are being transferred. • Transferring a large number of images may take some time. It is recommended to use the optional AC adapter kit (K-AC106). 1 Press the 3 button in Q mode. The [W Setting] menu appears. When you press the 3 button in A mode, press the four-way 8 controller (5) once. 2 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Eye-Fi]. 3 Use the four-way controller (45) Setting 2/4 to change the setting to O. Viewing Images on a Computer
Start transferring images from the Eye-Fi card.
In
